Liberals, do you know the difference between outsourcing and off-shoring?
Outsourcing is, for example, a company hiring an outside AMERICAN firm to do their accounting. This does not involve any other country. Off-shoring, is, for example, a firm hiring a firm in Canada to do its accounting.
Maybe you should learn economics before you speak on it…I would not talk about physics…I know nothing about it. What makes you good enough to talk about economics? Really?
generalizing..they are 2 different terms. There’s a distinct difference between the two. And, to be against outsourcing is a totally different thing then just being against off shoring.
