Volunteers meet weekly to teach and encourage a brutal job market two years ago, Ken Herr lost a job in communications at Air Products, where he had worked for 33 years. He found a new job last summer with a company of local technology. But that only lasted six months and he again did something he rarely had his career: find a new job.
