I am interested in Business Process Outsourcing generally Agent.Where to be a Call Center and how can I practice my communication skills to fit for the job?
First, when you go to your interview, they will certainly give you a tour of the call center, giving you a chance to listen calls that you know what to expect. Also, I'm not sure where you work, but they give you a lot of training beforehand. I had 168 hours before I was allowed to deal with customers. A week of practice was spent answering the phone, through practical situations, etc.. Do not worry about it. If / when you get the job, you're ready. During the interview, they asked me to read a paragraph, probably to see how well my "talk" the voice was. It was just five sentences, with some difficult names thrown in. It was not a big deal.
