How can I do to this person?

I am in the call center. And I got a call furious looking for a manager rep claims. He wont give me his name or any claim #. I was really pissed off so what I did was instead of transferring the call to the manager, I transferred the appellant to a mental health facility. And I listened to their conversation: the caller, are you ****' s receptionist manager: ***** who? caller: what do you *** Who? rec: im sorry, sir, that you try to call the mental health *** appellant what, it's not ***** over.



do not apologize. thats hilarious !!!!! Great job! Im in customer service too and my G_d what I want I can send them to a mental institution. Some ppl just wont to learn that you do not get anything solved by being a a55hole til teach you how hard. Do not feel bad. he probably would have done the same for you if it is in ur shoes.
