Call Center Environment Customer Service
need pro/cons for working at USAA,in non call center aera!?
I’m in the last phase of interviews and would appreciate any employee feedback on the company. Much of what I’ve seen online has been negative and seems to be focused in the customer service departments. Can anyone provide work environment and company culture feedback for areas in IT, HR or other non customer facing positions?
I have not worked for USAA, but I have been a customer for 20 years. I love the company and have never had a problem with them.
