Call Center Goals


















Have an excellent employee, but he is happy when the company fails to achieve the objectives. What is it?

Facts: I am a manager in a busy call center. My employee is a hard worker. Monday is the busiest day in call centers. Plus all the bad results appear Monday hurt our department to senior management. Today I heard my employee say to another colleague "The only happiness I Monday is when I look at 200 calls on hold and see these poor results." Also said he loves to upset the entire department receives stilted & tell each other when bad results are reported to senior direction. Indeed boasted how he could care less. Again, it is a good worker. I do not understand how fun it is when society is forced not to declare goals. Someone else to work with someone who enjoys when their company does not meet the objectives? What kind behavior is that?
