What are the shared situational interview questions for an employment center team leader to appeal?

The questions will be different for each job, but the answers, or more exactly, how you respond is the key. Leave behind the Customer Service Rep you and focus more on what you would do in a team of others. Try to avoid appearing too passive and respond more assertively when you would if you were going to an interview in CSR. Do not be aggressive or arrogant, but do not come across as if a breeze might push you over. Focus on interpersonal skills such as conflict resolution and team incentives. Most of your work will focus on other key members of your team and not as much interaction with customers. Be prepared for questions that ask what you would do if someone doing something against the policy and you had to face them. Always answer on the side of politics, even if you disagree. Remember, you'll be a little better at the management level should not give impression that you disagree with them.
