ahhhhhhhhhh my coworker answers the phone wrong?


well I work in a call center enviroment, work as a travel agent for a timeshare company. Well my co worker answers the phone by sorta saying the company’s name wrong. Its bugs me soooo much, I dont know why but it does. What is a nice way of correcting her. I dont want her thinking I’m rude and mean, but this is driving me CRAZY hearing it all day everyday!



Check with your supervisor to see if your company has guidelines on how the phone should be answered. If they don’t you should suggest this to them.Tell them you are concerned with the way some of your coworkers are answering the phone inappropriately in your opinion. This should handle it, unless she related to the owner. If that is the case, just bite your tongue and live with it.
