Call Center Training Methods
positive handling, methods CPI?
I work at a center with emotionally challenged children, mostly 7-12 years. Sometimes they throw fits, and get out of control, and was told (as I just started), that sometimes they must be retained. I heard about the positive handling techniques, and hear about something called the CPI. However, when I looked, there was a list of courses they teach, but nothing specific on what should be used in these situations. I do not know exactly what that entails. T anyone know all the specific techniques of each of these programs / methods? What are some examples if you have been trained in these, and do you already had to use in the treatment of children?
