I Want Certified Call Center industry Course,which should include training of all the division of Call Center?


HI all, I am Mohit Raval, 23 years Old from India. I have finished my Diploma in Computer & I am in good post in one Call Cetner Organization. I want to study more about call center industry like CRM, HR, Technical requirements, Training, Soft Skills, Telephonic Skills, Marketing and Sales and all other division related to same. So if any one can suggest any good college Either in USA or in UK which runs this Type of course.

The most important thing you can learn is how to speak English correctly and without an accident. Most Indians speak in a tempo that is too fast for English, but is right for Telegu or Hindi or your local dialect. Part of verbal communication is conveyed through facuia; expressions and lip/mouth movement. Obviously these visual clues are lost in phone communication, and you have to make up for them by speaking clearly and slowly so there is no mis-communication, which seems to be something Indians and Spanish speaking people can not understand. Even if they have a perfect understanding of written English, which most don’t, they never learn how to speak English verbally correctly, even after years of interacting with English speaking people.

This is the reason that I will *never* deal with a company in the US which has outsourced their customer support/call center to any off shore supplier. If they do business in the US, then they need to have customer support in the US where people don’t have communication problems.
