Call Center Wages India
Are you also sick of call centers abroad?
I regularly need to communicate with services such as BT and VISA. There are all sorts of communication problems regardless theoretically qualified staff of the English language may be. Piratically in my case because I have a speech impediment. While not wishing to take work away from someone in India or elsewhere, I can not give meaning to the economy that we once again live in a time of high unemployment. Unless its just to "get away from paying low wages?.
Thank you for raising this question Stephen. Sometimes I feel embarrassed to try to understand / be understood and I do not hurt their feelings. I was particularly concerned when I had to inform a special card had been stolen and not could not understand what they said. It's not their fault, it's companies taking advantage of the cheap labor market.
