Job Outsourcing And Globalization
What do you think are The Most Pressing Issues in human resource and industrial relations today?
I'm looking for problems / Concerns / issues Confronting the business and industrial world; That concerned about from globalization, outsourcing, flexible contractualization, skills-matching/underemployment (College Graduates and yet Landing on That Do not Match Their jobs degrees), etc.. and How It Might Be Connected to psychology. I am not really familiar with Business / industrial psychology.
