Outsourcing small business accounting – which I do not talk?
I am a small business owner Happen on the ground and have no time to play all day accounting for the documents right. As a one-man operation for the moment, I find an accounting firm or accountant to whom I can simply give access to bank account and treat all billing / accounts receive, and then when I make a deposit, just let them know and they will see on the bank statement online. I would also like them to be able monitor outstanding payments and add interest appropriately. The point is not having to send documents, but to be able pick up the phone and say, 'hey X client bill for 2500 dollars, payable 30 days, 4.5% interest for late payment. "What kind of book I need to find or talk? A CPA, an accounting firm, what? And what do these guys usually charge?
This may be more of a CPA or a company might take, but you can try to get some cases sba.gov or associations of professional APC.
