I'm working on my MBA and an analysis of a company which has entered into negotiation agreements active, but the company made a business of outsourcing and make massive layoffs just after making a new agreement with the union and took the decision to outsource without telling the union until it is finalized by the council. To my memory, I am looking for consequences if the company violated the bargaining agreement, examples such trials and … Does anyone have any ideas or know of any present or past actions that cover such issues? … I searched everywhere for trial, but I'm not sure if I get the wording or research in the wrong direction … Any help or information is greatly appreciated
