Outsourcing Contract Management
Outsourcing HR activities?
Hi all, I am thinking of setting up a company but cant be bothered with all the headache that you get with human resources management, all I want to do is interview people, offer jobs and then let a third party do all the rest (ie, references, provision of job descriptions/contracts, managing salaries and national insurance, etc etc) – do you happen to know any companies that offer these services (ie, outsourced HR services) – website details would also be great!
