I agree with customer service outsourcing to India, but why is it so difficult to talk to a supervisor?
If at all it is your experience, you have to blame the company you are a customer. Employees work as instructed by the principal and if the Director wants answers to questions to avoid, delayed or ignored, the hierarchy of positions should obey this. Enter your business to seek their explanation. If something is wrong to call centers, it is automatically deleted / corrected if your company is honest and willing to do.
