Outsourcing Definitions
I need a brief but accurate definition of Socialism.?
In 25 word or less would you say that Socialism is: Having the government perform a function rather than outsourcing it to the private sector? In other words, could I say that the public library, the fire department and the police department along with the postal service are social programs, or a form of Socialism?
Socialism is the extension of democracy to the economy.
