Why Dell sucks?

What is wrong with Dell? I think they suck but I will buy computers. I guess some people think that Dell is a company where they want your money and tell the truth they do. But Dell is a huge undertaking and I mean huge, think Dell produced an average 14 computers a minute, that many computers in one day. Large companies make mistakes, some more than others, then other smaller then. But for people who think Dells service sucks so, believe me. The reason Dell is so organized by the UN, its two words outsourcing is causing the problem of language barrier and subcontracting. Like the products Dells, but I am sorry for a person who has trouble with there computer and are forced to wait many hours, even for a simple answer and guess what? being transferred to another department. The reason why Dell sucks his Dell because Dell does suck. I used to work As director of sales for Dell and believe me I know it is the customer relationship.



I paid my balance and closed my account with Dell because of usurious interest rates and horrible customer service. Nearly a year later, I received an invoice charged me without explanation or authorization to an account cancellation. At no time did I authorize any charges on the account, or agreeing to enter into a new contract with Dell. My account was closed at my request, and Dell had no power to open it again. I have no contractual relationship with Dell. It is not legal to impose a contract without his consent. Dell has never produced evidence of a spirit they have the right charge me anything or reopen the account is closed. Apparently, law and morality do not take into account operations at Dell. Dell has always failed to produce evidence base for unauthorized charges he illegally made for me, on a closed account, and insisted that I produce evidence on the basis of their own expenses. This is not my responsibility. The only response I received a letter that reiterates the affirmation unfounded and baseless that I reverse a payment, and includes the same bills that I have already challenged. Dell refuses to substantiate its claim, and continues to add interest and penalties on a tax she did not have the right to do, on a closed account, and without providing any evidence that any amount is due. Shares of Dell are despicable and clearly demonstrated its total disregard for customers. His reputation as "deceptive" and foreclosure actions against consumers is well established and growing. I have repeatedly tried to resolve this issue by through customer service, than to receive a series of letters that reflect no interest in helping clients. I am completely dissatisfied with Dell, and I intend to pursue a class action because I can find Dell to be liable for his theft and unfair business practices.
