Is it a rocky field to go?
I am very interested in computers, especially web design, graphics, programming, etc. But be outsourced?
The goal of greater outsourcing and offshoring was the development of software programming, and supporting clerical jobs. Some of this work has been outsourced to countries like India. CSC, IBM and others who can provide services identical or similar to those in-house computer services at costs much lower. They can do they worked directly for companies. In addition, they can use fewer people to do the same work on a larger number of servers. If a company were two people who administer 100 servers, they can try to do it with one person. In addition, companies may decide that the cost is king and eliminate many functions and services they already offer. The trend is that if a company makes widgets and widgets they should not pay people as employees to collect waste, prepare dinner in the cafeteria or work in IT.
