Do you think there is a correlation between customer service outsourcing and the negative views of Americans?

I'm majoring in public relations with a minor in cultural anthropology. As a community we become more globalized, the rising customer service outsourcing to India from U.S. companies are rising. The impact of these new relationships can reap the positive and negative effects in both companies. Customer service representatives typically address respond questions, or to correct situations, dealing with a product or service. In many cases, consumers may be upset by an event that relates the product or service specific, but it can lead to frustration and even hostility to the representative who must deal with them. I wonder if any pr departments of U.S. companies have made the relevance of that daily interaction to establish programs to fight against the negative opinion that may develop on the Americans?



I think it is a bit absurd to imagine that the world would require interaction negative with the Americans via the service client to develop a distaste for the United States. As an American citizen who has traveled abroad, I must say that many citizens of other nations have hated us for some time. They caused us to be proud, pious, violent, hypocritical, crude, greedy, and over sexed. I will not agree, because I can see these aspects in our culture. Everyone wants to topple the mighty giant (sounds arrogant, but hey I said I was an American).
