Workflow strategies (FIFO, priority, etc.)?
I work on a 3-year project that could be completed in six months. During the production process have made misjudgments regarding key workflow (what to do first, what to eliminate, the means streamline work processes, appropriate modeling techniques, etc.) Please give me (or give me a link to) a workflow and great decision ventilation work. Looking to get an idea concisely: Benchmarking, FIFO, priorities, modeling. My projects include a person (Small Business) so no departments, etc. are processed. Some outsourcing is done when necessary.
