Why not save money by outsourcing prison in another country? Send convicts in prisons in Vietnam or China?
Convicts have made a choice. They cost us working people too. Than rapists and child molesters do time in a prison outside of our borders and to pay 1 / 3 what we pay our own personal prison. Hey, most others have left jobs the country.
The British sent their convicts to Australia in 1788 … and has been successful … we could we send to Mexico.
